Bills & Planned Spending

Build the plan yourself, then use statements to update or add items when you recognize them.

How this version works: your planned list is the budget. A bank statement never decides what belongs here. From Statements, choose Add bill on a transaction you recognize, or use recurring suggestions as a shortcut. Bills, weekly budget items, and savings transfers can all be scheduled and allocated to the pay period when they occur.

Suggestions from statements

Optional — these are not bills until you add them

The app can point out recurring-looking charges, but they stay separate from your real bill list. You can also add any individual transaction directly from the Statements tab even if it is not detected as recurring.

Debt & Extra Payments

Track car loans, credit cards, required payments, and any extra payments you want to budget.

Required vs. extra: the required payment is reserved automatically on its due date. Extra payments are separate, so you can add, edit, pause, or remove them without changing the normal car or credit-card payment. A payment marked Paid stays in your history but is not subtracted from your current balance again.

Budget

Set weekly Food/Groceries and Gas amounts, plus flexible spending for each paycheck.

Budget timing: Food/Groceries and Gas are set per week. A normal 14-day paycheck window reserves two weekly amounts. Other flexible spending remains a per-pay-period amount. Your statement history is only a comparison unless you choose a history-based forecast.

PDF, CSV, TSV, QFX and OFX are supported. PDF text is extracted in your browser and reviewed before anything is added.

PDF statement support: Accessible Chase checking statements are now recognized automatically with Chase-specific transaction, refund, transfer, payroll, recurring-purchase, and running-balance rules. Other text-based bank PDFs still use the general review importer. Scanned/image-only PDFs are flagged instead of guessed.
